Hearts and Bunnies Cardigan

Junior Christmas Cardigan

The sleeves are then knitted separately as far as the armhole shaping and then all pieces are joined together to knit the yoke. The reindeer motifs are worked using Fair Isle style stranded knitting, carrying the spare yarn across the back of the work. Inset contrasting pockets are knitted first and then joined to the body of the knitting. A combination of written and charted instructions are provided with sizes ranging from age 1 to 8 years included in the pattern. Knitted in my Excelana 4 ply Luxury wool. Little Angel
This delightful little baby sweater is knitted in 4 ply wool. The lower body and sleeves can be knitted either in the round or in flat pieces then the yoke is knitted in one piece on a circular needle. Instructions are provided for both versions. The handy opening can be worn either to the front as shown or to the back and is closed using crochet button loops and buttons. The sweater shown in the photographs is for a 3-6mth old. Wartime Farm Sleeveless Pullover
This extensive pattern is based on the sleeveless pullover worn by Alex Langlands in BBC TV's Wartime Farm series. The pattern contains a combination of written and charted instructions to knit this garment. It includes instructions for a wide range of sizes to fit children, men and women. The pullover is knitted in one piece up to the underarm and then is divided and the front and back are knitted back and forth separately. It is knitted using stranded Fair Isle technique. The pattern has been created to raise funds for the Women's Land Army Tribute Campaign which is raising funds to build a memorial to the Women's Land Army.
