This figure hugging jumper is based on a classic 1950s silhouette with subtle waist shaping and a flattering square neckline. Knitted in Excelana DK this garment is perfect for every occasion. The garment is designed to be worn with between 1 to 3 inches of negative ease as shown in the photo.
Instructions are provided to knit the jumper either in the round or in flat pieces to be sewn together. A three needle cast off is used at the shoulders to create a neat shoulder line. The flattering neckband is worked in one piece using a circular needle with double decreases worked at each corner to create a beautiful neckline.
Garment shown in photograph is for the third size 86cm (34in) worn on a model with 86cm bust measurement and therefore with 2.5cm (1in) of negative ease at the bust.
