A form fitting all-over lace sweater, featuring a flattering square neckline and with a choice of elbow length or short sleeves. The lace pattern is much simpler than it may look with no shaping required other than at armholes and sleeve heads. Designed to be worn with 4-6 inches of negative ease to really show the lace pattern off to good effect. Knitted flat in separate pieces.

Knitted in my own Excelana 4ply wool in the stunning autumnal shade of Damson Wine.

Pattern completely rewritten and extended with both written and charted instructions included and additional sizes included.

NEW colour available in 50g balls (70% Exmoor Blueface/30% Bluefaced Leicester-100% British wool) 159m (174yds) per skein. Price per 50g skein. Recommended tension 26-28 sts & 36 rows using 3-3.25 mm needles. Suitable for all Excelana 4 ply patterns and any other patterns requiring a 4 ply weight yarn. Handwash in lukewarm water using a wool care product such as Navia hand wash. For best results soak your completed project in lukewarm soapy water before wearing and watch the wool bloom! Grown, spun and sheared in Devon.
