About Bluem Sock:
Bluem Sock is 75% British Bluefaced Leicester wool/25% nylon, spun at a local mill and hand-dyed by Susan here at Monkley Ghyll.
Bluem sock is a Fingering weight yarn, worsted spun with a high twist making it perfect for socks. The Bluefaced Leicester yarn is a soft but resilient fibre and combined with a small amount of nylon, it creates the perfect fabric for socks. The yarn shows off texture, cables and lace to great effect and the fibre combination takes colour beautifully.
All shades are limited edition and dyed by hand here at Monkley Ghyll in a range of shades inspired by the landscape on this hillside farm.

About Prom Dress:
The perfect vintage coral - pink enough not to be orange, orange enough not to be pink, reminiscent of a 1950s prom dress, made in taffeta with yards and yards of net petticoat. Bright and bold yet warm and easy to wear. The shade I searched for in vain for so many years!
