    100% Lancashire Lonk wool

    100% British wool, grown and sheared in Lancashire, spun and dyed in Britain and hand finished here at Monkley Ghyll.

    A sport weight yarn, it has been worsted spun with a high twist to create a smooth, crisp but bouncy yarn that softens with each wash. Great for textured stitches and lace. The high twist, smooth finish and the hard wearing nature of the yarn make it perfect for sock knitting.

    300 metres per 100g skein

    Recommended needle size between 3.5mm and 5.5mm depending on requirements.

    Handwash in lukewarm water using a wool care product.
    For best results, soak your completed project in lukewarm soapy water before blocking.
