This square scarf is inspired by the silk squares worn by elegantly dressed ladies of the 1950s. It is knitted in one piece from one straight edge to the other using a combination of Fair Isle and Intarsia techniques. This pattern offers an interesting colourwork challenge to an intermediate or experienced knitter within a simple shape.
Knitted using Fenella, a lightweight yarn, which creates a soft, lightweight fabric with fabulous drape. Fenella is available in 30 colours so you can customise your scarf to match every outfit.
The pattern includes a master chart to show the overall design and three further charts for working from all in full colour.
