Shipping

Shipping is charged to the customer at cost (plus VAT if applicable) based on the weight of your order, with a choice of shipping methods available where ever possible.

We now have a choice of Royal Mail, Road Courier and Air Express options to many countries and ship worldwide. You will be able to make your choice of shipping arrangements at the checkout.

Customers in the UK please note we have a flat rate courier charge of £6.50 for orders weighing up to 10kg.

Customers in the EU please note we now also have a flat rate road courier charge from as little as £11 (depending on the destination) for orders weighing up to 10kg.

UK Orders

Royal Mail First Class - 1-2 days (from dispatch)

Road Courier (tracked) - 1-2 days (from dispatch)

European Orders

Royal Mail International (untracked) - Variable depending on destination (from dispatch)

Road Courier (tracked) - 3-7 days depending on destination (from dispatch)

Air Express Courier (tracked) - 2-5 days depending on destination (from dispatch)

Rest of the World

Royal Mail international (untracked) - Variable depending on destination (from dispatch)

Air Express Courier (tracked) - 4-10 days depending on destination (from dispatch)

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers outside of the UK may be liable to pay local taxes and/or duties on or before delivery of their parcels. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay and are outside of our control.

Our couriers may contact you directly to arrange payment of local taxes and/or duties. It is your responsibility to pay these duties otherwise your parcel may be returned to ourselves. If your goods are returned you will need to pay an additional fee for your parcel to be dispatched again. No refunds are available if orders are returned due to non-payment of taxes/duties or other fees.
