EU Purchasing - IOSS and GPSR
Here at Susan Crawford Vintage we have been fortunate to have wonderful customers all over the world and in many of the EU member states. The myriad changes in customs legislation between the UK and the EU require us to change the way we deal with orders received from the EU but we are doing everything we can to ensure the process is as simple as it can be in the circumstances and we hope that you will bear with us and continue to purchase from us during this ongoing period of change.
As a customer of SCV what do you need to know:
IOSS:
Assa Marra Ltd T/A Susan Crawford Vintage is now registered on the EU IOSS scheme, collecting and remitting VAT on orders up to 150 Euro on your behalf. You may potentially be charged handling or processing fees by your local post office or carrier - but no VAT or duty should be charged. Orders over 150 Euro are not currently covered by IOSS, and may be subject to import duty and VAT on reaching your jurisdiction. Digital products are subject to VAT at the rate charged by the purchaser's residence, which again we collect on your behalf and submit to the relevant receiving authority.
GPSR - Fulfilling our legal obligations:
