So Neat and Sweet

  • The So Neat and Sweet in her Simple V-Necked Jersey is a stylish textured sweater pattern which looks equally good worn on its own or with a blouse underneath or why not style it with a silk scarf for a real ‘vintage lady of the manor’ look?

The sweater is unshaped to the waist and can be worn with some positive ease as shown in our photos or could equally be knitted without ease to create a more fitted silhouette if preferred.

Three length options are provided with additional information included on how to customize the length further if desired. Subtle armhole shaping creates a slightly more relaxed fit than seen on earlier sweaters, enabling this sweater to look both vintage or modern depending on how it is styled.

So Neat and Sweet in her Simple V-Necked Jersey is knitted using our Wold 2 Ply Fingering Weight or Excelana North fingering weight yarns. Shown here using shade Crayola in Wold 2 Ply Fingering Weight. Our other yarn suggestion is shade Agapanthus in Excelana North fingering weight.

Our model Lola is shown wearing the first size 71-81cm (28-32in).

The pattern includes instructions for eight sizes to fit chest measurements between 76cm (30in) and 152cm (60in) and contains clear written instructions plus a comprehensive schematic diagram and sizing chart.
