Tift was originally published in my book A Stitch in Time Vol. 3 and is now also available separately as a standalone PDF pattern.
Tift is a striking, stylish and fun-to-knit sock pattern, inspired by a vintage 1940s design. You can now purchase a limited edition hand-dyed yarn kit using our beautiful yarn, LOCK, spun from our own Lonk sheep fleeces blended with nylon to create the perfect sock yarn. This very special yarn is spun exclusively for us at a Yorkshire mill and hand-dyed in-house by Charlie in shades inspired by the Bloomsbury movement.
The Tift sample shown is knitted using two shades of Susan Crawford Lock, Knole, a dark stormy blue, and Le Ferre, a soft but warm lemon.

Tift kits are available in two sizes as follows:
4-skein kits – to fit pattern sizes 1, 2, 3 and 4 ( 17.5 - 25cm / 7 - 10in mid-foot and leg circumference )
In your kit you will receive:
2 x 25g skeins Lock - shade Knole (Yarn A - blue)
2 x 25g skeins Lock - shade Le Ferre (Yarn B - yellow)
6-skein kits – to fit pattern size 5 ( 27.5cm / 11in mid-foot and leg circumference )
