Fenella is a 2 Ply yarn, worsted spun for a soft handle, and to replicate vintage '3 Ply' yarns of yesteryear. Its colour palette has been carefully created to echo vintage shades from the 1930s-1970s. It works exquisitely for Fair Isle projects as well as textured and lace stitches, blocking and holding its shape beautifully, whilst also possessing a delightful drape..
It is available in economical 25g skeins, perfect for Fair Isle projects.
About Wheaten: Wheaten, as its name suggests, is the colour of dried wheat or straw, a slightly-yellowish beige, almost camel. A wonderful colour for combining with other shades in the Fenella palette.
