100% Lancashire Lonk wool
100% British wool, grown and sheared in Lancashire, spun and dyed in Britain and hand finished on-site.
A sport weight yarn, it has been worsted spun with a high twist to create a smooth, crisp but bouncy yarn that softens with each wash. Great for textured stitches and lace. The high twist, smooth finish and the hard wearing nature of the yarn make it perfect for sock knitting.
Recommended needle size between 3.5mm and 5.5mm depending on requirements.
This is Ghyll in its beautiful undyed state. An incredibly clean light cream shade.
Handwash in lukewarm water using a wool care product.
For best results, soak your completed project in lukewarm soapy water before blocking.
