Hand Made Hat

pdf logo PDF Pattern
  • Hand Made Hat is a simple, slightly slouchy beanie, knitted in worsted (aran) weight yarn which makes this an incredibly speedy knit. It is also a great project for using up single skeins of worsted weight yarn. The hat is knitted in the round from the bottom up commencing with a long tail cast-on and is a very easy knit and equally simple to adapt. The decrease section of the crown creates a pleasing 'swirl'to the back detail of the hat. The simplicity of the pattern works as a great introduction to circular knitting for anyone who has not knitted in the round before or for any knitter veturing into shaping for the first time. Equally its a great pattern for experienced knitters who like to have a quick and simple project on the needles.
