A Stitch In Time Volume 2 Revisited

    • The Simple but so Attractive pattern slots seamlessly into vintage and modern wardrobes with its textural block rib and statement collar.

Simple but So Attractive is worked in pieces from the bottom up, commencing with a deep rib which gives way to the simple block rib that covers body and sleeves. The separate collar is worked in one piece and features horizontal furrows, before being sewn onto the neck to finish. Excelana North 4ply shines in textured stitches so is a natural choice for Simple but So Attractive. With over 30 hand-dyed shades to choose from, the only challenge is picking your perfect shade!

Simple but so Attractive is knitted using Excelana North fingering weight a soft, fingering weight 100% British wool, spun for us in nearby Yorkshire and dyed in-house by Susan and her team. Shown here in shade Cornflower Blue.

Our model Theodora is shown wearing the first size 76-81cm (30-32in).

The pattern includes instructions for nine sizes to fit chest measurements between 76cm (30in) and 162cm (64in) and contains clear written instructions plus a comprehensive schematic diagram and sizing chart.
