A Stitch In Time Volume 2 Revisited

    • This Attractive Affair is a celebration of line and colour. With a petal collar, button details, statement cuffs, and of course, those striking pinstripes, it's a standout top that looks right from every angle.

This 1930s pattern features a simple stitch pattern but an unusual construction. The main body is knit in four pieces, a front and back which are knit sideways paired with vertically knitted side panels, creating a neat, boxy shape. Fitted sleeves are knit side to side, then finished with a separate cuff, and the distinctive petal collar is also worked in four separate pieces, resulting in a truly iconic sweater. It has a gentle boxy shape which is both elegant and extremely comfortable. Pair This Attractive Affair with a neat pencil skirt or wide legged trousers for the perfect by-the-seaside look.

This Attractive Affair is worked up in two colours of our latest yarn, Breeze, a fingering weight blend of 50% Merino and 50% cotton fibres, a smooth lustrous yarn with an elegant drape It is knitted in shades Oyster and Ruby Red.

Our model Theodora is shown wearing the first size 81-86cm (32-34in) chest.

The pattern includes instructions for eight sizes to fit chest measurements between 81cm (32in) and 152cm (60in) and contains clear written instructions plus a comprehensive schematic diagram and sizing chart.
